My problem started out with a clogged extruder after the end of roll auto sense engaged. The filament would not unload. Usually if that happens, I can tell it that it did unload and then just load the filament on top of the unloaded filament, but this time it did not load and the filament would only go down so far. I needed to take the nozzle off, which resulted in accidentally shorting out the heater. I then had to disassemble the extruder and clear the blockage by removing the heat sink and the bowden tube. I replaced the heater and checked the thermistor and other wires. There were issues when I tried to heat the extruder up. I don't remember what the error was, but I did troubleshooting with Prusa chat support and they concluded that I burn up the einsy board. I ordered one from them and replaced it 9 months later. Oh my! The rest of the video is the process of replacing the board. None of this repair process is complete, as I was not able to record everything because of the long frustrating process. Regardless, I believe that the video shows the general idea of what the repair process was. Hopefully this video will help someone who might be having a similar problem
