Have you been feeling wired but exhausted…on edge…bracing for something that hasn’t even happened? My body is allowed to soften. I do not have to brace for impact. It is safe for me to slow down. My nervous system is learning peace. I release what I cannot control. I am supported right now. I do not have to earn rest. My value is not measured by productivity. I am not behind in life. I am not failing. I am allowed to take up space calmly. I am learning to live from safety, not survival. God is my refuge. I am held by steady hands. I do not carry this alone. Peace is available to me now. The Lord strengthens me from within. I trust God with what I cannot fix. I rise nourished — not braced.
