These fudge pops are creamy and delicious! Let this set in dessert cups in the fridge and you have awesome chocolate pudding! Frozen treats playlist: • Frozen Treats 1/4 cup butter 1/2 cup all purpose flour 4 cups milk 1 1/2 cups brown sugar 1/3 cocoa (unsweetened) 1 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla extract 20 freezer pop molds or 3oz paper cups. In a large saucepan melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for about 1 minutes, Add the milk gradually (2-3 additions) and continue to stir and heat over medium heat until flour clumps and gone and mixture is smooth. Add the cocoa, brown sugar and salt and continue to stir and cook until boiling and thickened. (2-3 minutes after boiling) Remove from the heat, stir in the vanilla and let cool for 20 minutes stirring several times. Pour mixture into molds and freeze until firm.
