Thank you! Recipe for: Oven-baked pork with rice. Delicious and Easy Recipe for the Whole Family! Necessary products: 600 g of pork shoulder, coarsely chopped 300 g of rice, previously washed with cold water 2 onions, finely chopped 2 carrots, finely chopped 2 red peppers, finely chopped 1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped 1/2 bunch celery, finely chopped 100 ml. White wine Salt Pepper Oil 1 liter of water Method of preparation: Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the pork and sear for 5-6 minutes until seared on all sides. Add the onion, carrots and peppers and fry for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add the white wine and about 300 ml. water. Stir, cover and simmer over low heat for 20-25 minutes, or until the meat is tender. Add the rice, stir and season with salt and pepper. Add the parsley and celery and stir. Transfer the dish to a baking tray. Add 1 liter of water and stir to distribute the rice evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, without a fan, in the lower part of the oven, for about 50 minutes. Sprinkle with more parsley and serve. Enjoy your meal!
