Who doesn’t love chocolate orange at Christmas? This next level tiffin is creamy, chocolatey and full of orange flavour thanks to the secret ingredient: orange essence. Level up your Christmas snacks this year! Don’t forget to tag us in all your creations @blondieskitchen. xoxo Ingredients: 540g milk chocolate 7g of unsalted butter 2 tsp golden syrup 1 tsp orange essence 1 pack of Club chocolate orange biscuits (7 bars) 1/2 bag of Terry’s Choc Orange mini segments 3 digestive biscuits 1/2 pack of orange smarties sharing bag Method: Line a loaf tin with baking parchment. Then in a medium pan, melt your chocolate and add your butter and golden syrup. Next add the orange essence, stirring until everything is a melted pool of chocolate deliciousness. Now it’s time to build your tiffin in the tin. Line the base with a layer of melted orange chocolate, then line along your Club biscuits, and other chocolate treats. Keep building up in alternate layers until you get to the top. Make your final layer look pretty by adding the orange smarties for colour and Terry’s segments so its really clear what the middle includes! ORANGE! Leave your tiffin to chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Slice up using a sharp serrated knife for the cleanest cuts. Serve and enjoy! TIP: This will keep in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
