1:1 Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy #4 TronXY VEHO 1000-16 - Trouble time...

My fourth video covering the 1:1 build of the TV series version of Marvin from Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. This one involves making the largest body part on the TroxXY. Everything seemed to be going well for a couple of days, and I was about head to Houston to catch a plane to Cardiff when the print head started to lock up after reporting "abnormal feed". With very little time available, I tried to troubleshoot it and even replaced the filament out sensor, but the print would keep stopping. From listening to the sound of the fan and the light on the run out sensor, I eventually suspected that the cable might be shorting or the PSU was overheating. Prior to this print I had made some adjustments to the jumps controlling the power output to the Y and Z motors so it is possible that eventually this was overloading the PSU and was causing the issue. When I got back from Cardiff and Amsterdam, I powered the machine up and tried a restart, but the heat was grinding into the print and the supports had worked loose. After checking the connections on the ribbon cables, I tried a test cube print and that worked perfectly, which is really making me lean to the PSU causing the issue. My plan is to reset the power jumpers, take the opportunity to fit my new Bambu style print head, relevel the bed, slice Marvin's body from where the previous print stopped, print the remaining piece and then glue the two parts together. I've got to go back to work, so this will have to wait until I get home.
