Recognising the limitations of their existing sensory motor program, which was allocated to the school assembly hall and only available at certain timetabled slots, they sought a solution to provide continuous access to sensory facilities throughout the school day. In 2023 Creative Activity implemented phase one of the sensory corridor and in January 2024 added phase two. The implementation of the Sensory Circuit at Markethill Primary School exemplifies the transformative impact of tailored sensory solutions in educational settings. By addressing accessibility challenges, Creative Activity empowered Markethill to enhance its sensory motor program, ultimately benefiting the development of its students.
