Face Yoga for Smooth Forehead and Tension Release for Less Forehead Lines and Wrinkles

In this video, you will learn how to smooth out forehead lines and wrinkles and to release tension in the forehead and the scalp. Plus 🌸Check out my NEW FREEBIE below🌸! Forehead is prone to tension and over-expression, and it's the tension in this muscle called Frontalis that will eventually lead to the formation of horizontal and vertical lines on the forehead. We need to remember that the forehead doesn't stop just at the top of the head, in fact this is a large muscle which glides over the top of the head all the way down the back of the neck via multiple fascial connections. In this video, we massage the top of the head mimicking the sensations of having a scalp massage at the hairsalon, because our priority is to first of all relax the frontalis muscle along its length. Secondly, we train the eye muscles to get stronger so they can express more, and forehead can express less. Simple movements such as opening the eye wides and squinting should be done without involving the forehead, something that we can train to do! Lastly, just being aware of when you hold tension in the forehead and consciously relaxing the muscle is a huge step towards better facial posture!
