Today we'd like to introduce you the smallest pasteurizer on the market: #Mix7! It is a water-cooled pasteurizer, able to pasteurize (or just heat up) between 2,5 and 6 kg of gelato mix, at the temperature you want (up to 95°C). Small, easy to use and fast, it is the ideal solution if: you want to make some special recipes, but you don't have the possibility to pasteurize small amount of mixes (something possible just if you have a Compacta or an Easyfreeze) you want to make some tests for new flavors, without wasting too much product you want to produce a small amount of gelato, in a restaurant, bar, hotel...
