Cheesecake is a dessert consisting of a layer of sweetened soft cheese like cream cheese & ricotta mixed with condensed milk, sugar, eggs, and flavorings and set in a lotus, KitKat & crackers crumb base. 😍🤯 Well maybe not exactly all these in a traditional cheese cake but Cravings’s cheese cake sure has all these ingredients in place because why not. Happy Cravings… Don’t forget to follow our page to get the latest videos 😊😊 Let us know what you’re craving in the comments Follow Our Social Media Accounts / globalfoodcravings / globalfoodcraving / globalfcravings Ingredients Serving Size 12 people Crunchy Crumb Base: 10 Mini Kitkat chocolates bars 12 Lotus chocolate cackers 12 Graham crackers 1/2 Cup of butter Cream Filling: 2 lb Cream cheese 3/4 cup of sugar 8 Oz of ricotta cheese 1 Cup of condensed milk 1/4 Cup of Flour 4 Eggs 2 Tbs of vanilla extract Toppings & Decorations: 34 Mini Kitkar bars 10 crushed Lotus crackers pieces Fresh strawberries & Blue berries Cooking Tools: 2 Mixing Bowl 10” Springform pan (Special for cheese cake) Spatula Hand mixer or a Mixer Serving plate Prep: Pre-heat the oven on 350* First start with the base use 12 mini kitkat bars, 10 Lotus crackers & 12 graham crackers & crush them into crumbs Add 3 tbs of melted butter to the mix then with a spatula mix them together well Keep adding butter until the mix is held together (texture should feel like wet sand) In a 10” Springform pan add the base mix and with a spatula press onto the mix to cover all the pan’s base evenly Bake the base for about 10 min or less In a medium bowel add 2lb of cream cheese & 1/4 cup of cane sugar Mix them well together for about 5-7 mins Then add in 8Oz of ricotta cheese Mix well for about 5-7 mins After mixing well add 1 cup of condensed milk and 1/4 cup of flour and mix them all together well -Add 4 eggs but one at a time, add an egg then mix carefully, repeat for all 4 eggs Lastly add the vanilla extract to the mix and mix very good for about 10 mins Pour the creamy mix on to the crunchy crumb mix, the consistency of the mix should be very fluffy & light not watering or too creamy Bake the mix first on 350* for about 10 mins then lower the heat to 300* and bake for an additional 40 mins Let it cool for about 10 mins (Now you can serve it) Optional Put the cheese cake in the fridge for about 30 mins or so to fully cool down Get 34 mini Kitkat bars and cut them into single bars In a small bowel mix a 1/4 cup of condensed milk with heavy cream ( preferable to use hand mixer) With a spatula add a small amount of the mix around the edges of the cake Then with your hands carefully place each kitkat bar onto the cake fill all around The use about 10 crushed Lotus chocolate crackers and cover the top of the cake Lastly add the strawberries & the blueberries on top Now ready to serve an impressive cheese cake (Enjoy) Don’t forget to CraveOn... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Music: Bushwick Tarentella - Thatched Villagers by Kevin MacLeod is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/...)
