Mount Snow - Cascade to Snowdance Pitch to Snowdance (Top to Bottom Run)

Cascade to Snowdance Pitch (both intermediate) to Snowdance (beginner) is a ski run of varying difficulties located at Mount Snow. The trails run from the summit of the mountain to the main base area of the ski area. The run starts as Cascade, a straight trail that runs to the skier's left on the Main Face. After a while, it comes to a large intersection. In this video, I stayed mostly to the skier's left at the intersection and skied onto Snowdance Pitch, the upper, steeper portion of the Snowdance trail. This section can be avoided by the trial N.E. Time. The trail then continues as simply Snowdance, but as a beginner trail. Snowdance is a super-wide trail and runs pretty straight until it traverses back to the base area. Mount Snow is a ski area located in West Dover, Vermont, which is located in the Southern portion of the state. Mount Snow is owned by Vail Resorts and is therefore on the Epic Pass. Since it is the closest ski area in Vermont to Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York City, Mount Snow is a very popular ski area, and can therefore often be quite busy. Mount Snow is known for being mostly intermediate groomers, which fill up the Main Face of the mountain, but it also has a nice variety of steeper trails on the North Face of the mountain, and has some of the largest terrain parks in New England, dedicating a whole area of the mountain to terrain parks, called Carinthia. In the summer, Mount Snow is home to scenic lift rides and mountain biking.
