Sometimes you just want to take it slow for a bit and enjoy a nice bread roll instead of bannock. There's something quite enjoyable in waiting for the yeast to rise and smelling the bread baking in your billy can. Recipe and Video highlights below! I'm using my favorite baking setup in this video, consisting of a GSI glacier cup, zebra billy can and assorted stuff from my crusader mk2 set. The recipe and method I use is a basic variation on the no-knead bread method but condensed down to its basics.
