Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute. Add chicken and all spices mix and fry for a minute. Add yogurt and cream; cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Add sliced green chilies and sliced ginger; mix and serve with fusilli macaroni. ---------------------------------------------------------- Ginger Mutton Ingredients: Mutton 1/2 kg Yogurt 1 cup Onion chopped 1 cup Ginger (finely chopped) 2 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped) 1 tbsp Tomatoes (chopped) 3 Raw papaya 1 tbsp Black pepper crushed 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Lemon juice 1 tbsp Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp Mace ¼ tsp All spice powder 1/2 tsp Crushed red chili 1 tsp Ginger slice 2 tbsp Mint leave for garnish Green chilies for garnish Oil 1/2 cup Method: In a pan add whipped curd, chopped onion, ginger garlic, tomatoes, raw papaya paste, crush black and red pepper, lemon juice, add your mutton, mix leave to marinate for 1 hour. Put to cook on low flame, cover for 30 minutes. Uncover pan, add in allspice, green cardamom maze, and oil. Fry mixture very well till oils comes on top. Serve garnish with ginger slice, green chilies and mint leaves.
