Then steam the marinated mutton in a steamer for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender. Serve hot. Mandi Rice: INGREDIENTS: Sela rice 500 gm Oil 1 cup Garlic paste 1 tbsp Onion 1 Salt as taste Whole spice powder 2 tbsp METHOD: Heat oil in a wok, add onion and slightly fry. Add garlic paste, salt and whole spice powder, cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Then add water and let it boil. Add rice, cook well. Cover and allow it to cook. Serve hot.
