Then cook the chicken in an oven. For tabbouleh salad in a bowl mix all the ingredients and set aside. For Hummus blend tahini and lemon juice. Then add olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt, chickpeas and water. Blend well until it becomes creamy. Now in the pita wraps add chicken, tabbouleh salad and hummus. In the end add ice berg or lettuce. Serve hot. Green Mie Goreng: Ingredients: Egg noodles (boiled) 1 packet Oil 4 tbsp Broccoli (blanched) 1 bunch Zucchini (blanched) 1 Beans 1 cup Garlic (crushed) 2 cloves Ginger (grated) 1 piece Spinach 1 bunch Soy sauce 2 tbsp Lime juice 1 tbsp Green onion 1 bunch Green chili paste 2 tbsp Salt to taste For Serving: Iceberg, lettuce as required Lemon wedges as required Peanuts (crushed) as required Method: In wok heat oil add ginger, garlic, broccoli, zucchini, beans and spinach. Sauté well. Then add soy sauce, lime juice, green onion, green chili paste and salt. Cook well. Now add egg noodles. Mix well. In the end serve hot with iceberg, lettuce, lemon wedges and peanuts.
