Today, I finally tried the most expensive shrimp in the world 🫠 "The Carabinero Shrimps," also known as emperor shrimps!!!!!! These carabinero shrimps are incredibly large.. 🦐 and really expensive! They have heavenly taste, but since they live in the deep sea, their limited supply makes them super expensive! With great expectation, I took my first bite of the innards, and it felt like fireworks were going on in my head 🤯🎉 It tastes like the innards of marinated crabs or king crabs! But it was like eating the innards of about five crabs at once... The rich flavor of the innards was so intense 🥹 I also prepared some salt, soy sauce, and wasabi, but the shrimps were so sweet that I didn't need any extra seasoning.. (But I habitually had some) But the flavor of the innards was so strong that I didn't even think about eating with other sauces! The shrimp meat tasted like lobster meat! It was really sweet, but the real charm is in the innards 👍🏻 Even the carabinero was so beautiful that it pleased both the eyes and the palate ❤️ (The reason for its red color is that, in the deep sea, the redder the color, the less visible it gets!) I've always wanted to try carabinero shrimp, but because of its price, I was fully satisfied with the first and only try today!
