Move the pipetting head over the tip rack, then lower it until it makes light contact with the tips. You'll hear a chime when the head is properly seated within the tips. Gently hold down the pipetting head to keep it in this position during tip loading. In the lower left corner of the touchscreen, press the "Up" load-tips button. BenchSmart's tip-loading arms grasp the metal tray to tightly load the tips. When loading is complete, lift the pipetting head.
