We’ll focus on releasing tension from the spine, hips, and shoulders, as these are common areas where stress and strong emotions often accumulate. This grounding practice is deeply soothing for the nervous system, helping to restore inner calm, balance, and presence. Feel free to join this practice whenever it feels right for you. It can be a gentle way to wake up your body in the morning, or a calming ritual to unwind after a day at work or school. You might also find it helpful when you’re looking to release pent-up tension–whether physical or emotional–from the mind and body.
