Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the matter of Brown v. ATF, one of two major challenges to the NFA's application to the now untaxed items. For the second time now, DOJ has gone all in and filed their own motion for summary judgment asking that the Eastern District of Missouri strike this challenge down.
