This Intermediate Mandala Yoga Flow is a dynamic full-body yoga practice, building strength whilst improving flexibility through held static stretches. We'll move on the mat in a circular mandala-style yoga flow. This class works the entire body with a balanced combination of strength, mobility, and deep stretches. Expect fluid transitions, strong standing sequences, and satisfying stretches that leave the body feeling both energized and open. This practice is ideal if you already have some yoga experience and want a creative flow that challenges both strength and flexibility.
