Korean BBQ Venison Bulgogi with Wild Elk Meat Recipe 🥩🥘 ============================= Full Recipe: ============================= VENISON BULGOGI • 3 pound venison round roast, silver skin removed and sliced thin Marinade • 1 onion, chopped • 1 nub of ginger, sliced • 2 cloves garlic, crushed • 2 Bosc or Asian pears, chopped • 3 tbsp soy sauce • 2 tbsp brown sugar • 1 tbsp of sesame oil • 3 green onions, sliced ⁃ blend onion, pear, ginger, garlic together in food processed ⁃ Combine remaining ingredients and marinade in sliced venison for up to 2 hours Korean BBQ Sauce • 2 tbsp fermented soy bean paste • 2 tbsp gochujang • 1 tbsp honey • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil • 1 large clove garlic, minced ⁃ combine all ingredients Picked Carrots • 1 large carrot, julienned • 1/2 cup rice vinegar • 1 tbsp white wine or apple cider Vin • 5 tbsp sugar • 1 tsp salt ⁃ combine sugar, vinegars and salt, bring to a boil and pour over carrots.
