You’ve spent so much time and effort building your brand. Your videos shouldn't be lagging behind with low-quality audio and bad lighting. Tile Boutique is a really well known brand in WA, but as consumers are travelling more, and being exposed to newer and more aspirational products from overseas via platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok and Pinterest, buyers are demanding different types of products. Instead of falling behind, the brand has jumped ahead of the pack with a new name that really speaks to what buyers want right now, and has positioned themselves strongly as interests continue to evolve. Tile Empire. But how could this be communicated to buyers? Part of the strategy was utilising video. We needed to remove confusion, elevate the brand, and help customers immediately understand why this change makes the experience even better. We worked with Bruce at Media 365 interviewing the owners and staff so they could explain, in simple terms, why the change was happening and how it benefits the customer. We also shot carefully considered b-roll that would illustrate the brand in action to show what being a customer is actually like. Video builds the trust, removes the confusion, and gives buyers the confidence they’re in the right place.
