We visited Japan in 2019 right before COVID started and then moved there the summer after. Out of respect with their lockdown, I did not want to post a video of travelling until they were fully open. We chose to visit Kyoto, Nara (day trip), Osaka (day trip) and Tokyo. We definitely got a taste of different areas. Kyoto was by far our favorite and what we imagined Japan to be.
