A Fairytale Castle that is the Chateau Gütsch located on the hilly place overlooking the town of Lucerne. The style and the location is really like the ones you read in the Fairytale books, but it serves as a Hotel and a Restaurant. Dress well if you want to dine or even just to have tea in there. It is accesible by car, but you have to go around, and the easiest and fastest way if you don't have a car is the Funicular lift, that is used like an elevator. No operator, just push the button on the side door to call the lift if it is not there. It is not far from the Bus #2 Stop, Gütsch. Going there by Bus, after getting off from the Bus, stopby the Bus Stop on the other side to get your ticket, chf 2.50/one way. At the top, you can get your ticket, incase you didn't get a return ticket, in the Hotel Reception counter.
