The weather is getting hot here these days. I can't believe that half of 2023 has already passed. Time seems to go by so fast. Today, I prepared a meal prep video that a subscriber requested a long time ago. It can be a hassle to prepare all ingredients for a meal prep, but once it is ready, it becomes easier for a week or even 10 days. In fact, I prefer a meal prep that only prepares the ingredients to prepping a week lunch boxes. It's because you can eat it fresher for a long time, and you can change it to a menu that you don't get tired of and cook in a variety of ways. However, for busy workers, working mothers, self-employed students, etc., I’ll show you how to make healthy prepped lunches meals based on the prepared ingredients.
