The Andrew Clancy Jazz Quartet (and friends) have 2 gigs coming up in early February and so I've decided to postpone any recorded sessions until after the gigs so that I can concentrate on making the gigs as good as I possibly can. There are still a couple of numbers left over from the set we recorded last November and so I will try and have one of those ready for next Saturday or the following week. In the meantime, here's a number from The Alley Cats Dixieland Jazz Band set that I've been uploading recently. This set was recorded in June last year. The number is called 'Jazz Me Blues'. It was written by Tom Delaney and was recorded by the Original Dixieland Jass Band in 1921.
