See description for further train & location detals The third installment of "Saint Louis Area Railroads Of Today" is finally here! After a year away from the project, WR Productions has released part three, featuring nine different locations around the STL area that represent railroading in the region. Location One: Pacific, MO, from a different angle. CP power leads UP train MASHN westbound on the UP Jefferson City Subdivision. Location Two: Imperial, MO. All EMD powered BNSF Coal loads passing the Feed Store building in downtown Imperial, on BNSF's River Subdivision. Location Three: Ferguson, MO. NS 8101, the Central of Georgia heritage unit, leads an eastbound intermodal by the Wabash era searchlight signals at Ferguson on the NS St Louis District. Location Four: Downtown St Louis, MO. A TRRA transfer job climbs the approach to the MacArthur bridge, with two UP locomotives serving as power. The train has just departed UP Lesperance Yard on the south side of downtown STL, bound for TRRA's yard in Madison, IL. Location Five: Centerville, IL. A CN grain train comes off the CN St Louis Subdivision at CP Church, where the train will head towards East STL. Location Six: East St Louis, IL. An NS powered transfer job from TRRA's Madison Yard to Alton & Southern's Gateway Yard rolls by Valley Jct, as it prepares to enter the A&S. The train also features a rarity on the end: a caboose, which is very uncommon in this day and age. The caboose is bound for Texas. Locartion Seven: Downtown St Louis, MO- Gateway Archgrounds. A BNSF "Warbonnet" GE leads train H-NTWMEM south underneath the famous Gateway Arch in STL. Location Eight: Oakville, MO- Cliff Cave Park. UP local LSE57 highballs through Cliff Cave Park in south St Louis County, on UP's Desoto Subdivision. Location Nine: Webster Groves, MO. An eastbound BNSF manifest rolls by the old Frisco depot in Webster Groves on the BNSF Cuba Subdivision. Trailing 5th out is a former Burlington Northern GP, BNSF 1506. In addition, the train is seen during the region's first snowfall of the season. If you enjoyed this video and would like to see more, please Subscribe to see more quality railroad content!
