I start by cooking the Sea Bass Steaks Sous Vide and then sear them in a hot cast iron skillet. The fish is flaky, buttery, and soft while still holding a texture that pairs perfectly with softness of the potatoes and sautéed spinach. The roasted red pepper sauce is so creamy with a bite of vinegar to round out all the flavors.
