Foraged Blackberry Brunch and Cowboy Coffee in a Fungi strewn Forest.

In this video I take a short foraging foray to harvest the bountiful and succulent blackberry which is a common woodland border and hedgerow staple favourite at this time of year in Ireland. I cook a fast, simple and tasty breakfast/brunch while brewing camp coffee and I also get to observe many fascinating fungi peaking out from the forest floor. Please excuse the graininess of some of the shots, but it was quite dark in some parts of the woods and to my cameras credit it did its best to compensate for the lack of light.
