From: Danny Hammond. A SECURITY INSTRUMENT (Mortgage, Deed of Trust, Security Deed etc.) cannot be assigned. A recorded Assignment of the Security Instrument is a nulllity. It does nothing. The Split is called "bifurcation" and it is just an attempt at bifurcation. There is no such thing as splitting a Promissory Note and Security Instrument (mortgage, deed of trust etc.) I thought is was genuine when I frist saw the foreclosing parties using it to convince the Borrowers that their Promissory Note had been sold which transferred the ownership of their deby to the imposter that is now pretending to be the owner of your debt. Nope. This was defined by the Supreme Court of the United States in a case from the Colorado Territories in 1872. The MERS business model is not illegal, but it is stupid and splits the Promissory Note from the Security Instrument (Mortgage or Deed of Trust) voiding the Security Instrument. That is 30 million families displaced from their homes with fraudulent foreclosures. If each home averages 3 members, that is 90 million people taken from their home and having their belongings piled by the curb. It is a long story (14 years in the making) but I did it by clearing out any attorneys involved in the cases and having the Borrowers sign in as representing themselves (pro se) and filing a lawsuit (Petition, Complaint or whatever) against the apparent Foreclosing Party (I had taken 3 years off and I found that the only thing new was hiding who the hell was foreclosing. And against the Successor Trustee (which had become more prominent but no more dangerous. If there were any other parties who were prominent in the scheme we added them. Basically, the Complaint was violation of Rights pursuant to Standing. There are requirements for Standing by the Foreclosing Parties wanting to get into court. A violation of the (this looks longer than it is) Constitutional, Irreducible, Minimum Requirements of Standing. But, judges don't follow the law do they? So, I struggled with that for years. In a soon to posted video, I will explain that. But, there may be requirements to watch it. I want to form an association of Borrowers. There are now just as many foreclosures as there has been since the year 2000, but Borrowers are tapped out. I am tapped out. I have tried to figure out a way to raise the money to help Borrowers for years. I think that using YouTube which I have rarely used before, Telegram and Patreon together we can raise money without anyone having to put in a large amount. Nothing for now. WE JUST NEED CLICKS TO START. In fact we can possibly raise significant money by working together right now. I don't have this Channel set up right yet, but we can begin. You have to have Subscribers, Likes for now. We have to get up to certain numbers before we can actually be paid by YouTube.
