More of You, Jesus! ✝️🛐 Good News in the Garden *945

We seek more of You, Jesus! John 3:30 ~ "He must increase, but I must decrease." God created everything, as well as heaven, and sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to atone for our sins so we may be received into heaven if we seek Him! More of You, Jesus! Less of Us! Lent is a time to meditate upon how we may draw closer to God, His Son, Jesus Christ, and seek His Holy Spirit daily. Moving closer to the presence and direction of Jesus in our lives: Look to Christ as Our Savior, With Humility ~ We Can’t Save Ourselves! Galatians 2:20 ~ "I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself up for me." Be Willing to Be Transformed ~ and receive with Humility! James 1:19-21 ~ So, then, my beloved brothers, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger; for the anger of man doesn’t produce the righteousness of God. Therefore, putting away all filthiness and overflowing of wickedness, receive with humility the implanted word, which is able to save your souls." Seek His Way ~ and the God of Peace will be with you! Philippians 4:8-9 ~ "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report: if there is any virtue and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. Do the things which you learned, received, heard, and saw in me, and the God of peace will be with you." Be Willing to Be an Example ~ Shine His Light, Give Him the Glory so Others May Receive His Grace! Ephesians 4:29 ~ "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." Giving God all the Room He Needs to Move in! Throw out the Old Stuff! 2 Corinthians 5:17 ~ "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new." Trading the World for Jesus! Matthew 16:24-28 ~ "Then Jesus said to his disciples, “If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, and whoever will lose his life for my sake will find it. For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his life? Or what will a man give in exchange for his life? For the Son of Man will come in the glory of his Father with his angels, and then he will render to everyone according to his deeds. Most certainly I tell you, there are some standing here who will in no way taste of death until they see the Son of Man coming in his Kingdom.” Jesus Set the Precious, Priceless Example as He Prayed the Night Before His Death: Luke 22:42b ~ Not my will, but Thine, be done. During these weeks ahead, when we reflect on Jesus being scourged beyond recognition and nailed by His hands and feet to a cross, hanging until He died, we will meditate with sorrow and joy. May we appreciate His sacrifice so we may have Joy in Him! He defeated evil, praise God! What a gift to us, for all of eternity, should we seek the forgiveness He offers to us by His death upon the cross. We rejoice and receive this gift, and our new homes are being prepared for all of eternity with God, the Father, and Jesus Christ, His Son. How much do we owe back to God? He asks nothing but our accepting Him into our hearts, accepting His Holy Spirit, allowing Him to move within us and guiding us. Let’s live, and breathe, for Him! For as we decrease, He increases, along with the glory He has for us. Do you feel His presence speaking to you? Giving you a nudge to seek Him and to receive His love, peace, grace, mercies, comfort, wisdom, be forgiven, and to receive His Holy Spirit? Well, then, we will Praise God! For the time to seek God's grace is NOW! The clock is ticking, and the countdown has begun! The next moment on this earth could see God's wrath and judgment begin. Many will be blinded by their pride. Many will be left, the ones fooled by the destroyer/deceiver, who handed them all the pleasures of the world, as they sold their soul and committed sins God warned about. The woes of the plagues to come will speak louder than words. But prayers speak the loudest of all! Pray and get out of the lane headed for this hell on earth! God is as real as those butterfly wings made by Him! And one day, we will transcend from this earthly body and home to our heavenly one. I pray I will see you there! May God's grace, mercies, and blessings fall upon you in the most profound and lovely way! For Surely, He is our Blessed Hope!
