The quality of Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano is a hot topic among Walt Disney World fans. Some revere the over-the-top interior design and fast casual table-service Italian cuisine. While others feel this is one of Walt Disney World's worst restaurants. Our sentiments fall somewhere in between. While we enjoy the aesthetic, we've always considered the food akin to the Olive Garden. That's not a knock on Olive Garden but rather a statement on our feeling that this isn't necessarily a restaurant anyone should go out of their way to experience. Recently, Mama Melrose revamped her entire menu. There are an array of brand new offerings and many classic staples were changed up. It seemed like the perfect time for us to give this restaurant another opportunity to wow our snobbish Italian palates.
