Hi friends, hope you are having a wonderful day today. Today we are making a wonderful dish prepared and enjoyed in many parts of the world called Biryani. This is the chicken version and this recipe is tailored toward Iranian cuisine. In fact, the dish originated in Iran (I did not know this until researching it for myself) but is more popular now in areas like India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. This is not a difficult dish to make, but it needs quite a few ingredients in the spice department, but after frying the onion, and preparing the rice, it becomes a one-pot dish. It is incredibly tasty, aromatic, and wonderful to make so I hope you try it out! Ingredients list (4-5 ppl) • 1 Whole Chicken Cut into Pieces (thigh legs or breast • 3 Cups Basmati Rice • 4 Onion • Bunch of Cilantro • Bunch of Fresh Mint • 4 Tablespoons of Yogurt • 1 1/2 Tablespoons grated or ginger paste • 6 Cloves of Garlic.
