The obstacles of Survivalrunning are mainly made out of logs, ropes and nets and demand proper technique from participants. This is combined with trailrunning and a normal race is between 6 and 20 km, with 30-80 obstacles mixed in. At our course in Uppsala we regularly practice the common types of obstacles together!
