Project CARS 2 by Slightly Mad Studios/Bandai Namco Entertainment, 2017. The second Project CARS game expanded on the first, particularly in adding a range of rallycross cars, a trio of Group B period cars and a classic Ford Escort. I'm showing a few of them here. Firstly the sound: yes, it's loud! I left it on defaults (which seems to be 100% volume!) so you might need to turn it down a bit! Graphically the game is a little mixed; some parts look stunning and some look a bit less so (the blizzard snow looks more like foggy blasts than snowflakes, for instance). You'll notice I drive quite cautiously here; that's because the Group B cars have violent turbo lag that can throw you off the track, whilst the rallycross cars have 500-600bhp (up to twice WRC spec cars) so bring their own challenges to the game! There's not a lot of off-road in the game, apart from gravel/muddy sections of the rallycross tracks, and a range of snow/ice tracks. Overall though it's mostly fun!
