Howto DIY video of how we tightened up our Elliptical Machine so we can tighten up our bodies. 😊😀 Exercise machines take a lot of abuse. We tighten up the joints that take the brunt of stress placed on our elliptical training machine as shown in this Howto Video. First we show the symptoms: Wobbly Console and Console Mast, and gliding Foot Pedals that come off the track while we work out. Then we show what tools we used: 1/2" (half inch) and 11/16" open end wrenches and 11mm Allen Wrench (Hex Wrench). Then we show three areas we tightened up to get a better performance from our CSE3 HR Horizon Series Elliptical Trainer: These areas include the 3 bolts securing the Console Mast to the base (under the rubber boot at the bottom of the mast), the bolts that connect the arm linkage and the the bolts that secure the foot pedal mechanism. Tightening these will gives us a smoother elliptical workout! This is only a video of how we do it.
