Hello dear hearts, how are you? I’m so excited to chat with Rufus Malim today, a wonderful young gentleman I met a few months ago when he was sharing Shamanic tools he’d bought from Mongolia. Rufus is an anthropologist and shaman initiated by indigenous shamans in Outer Mongolia while he was carrying out doctoral studies there. We explore the indigenous understanding of shamanism and animism, alongside how these indigenous practises are coming through in what one might can the neo-shamanism of practitioners in the west.
