Hi all... Welcome back to my channel Chinese cabbage is very simple vegetable to prepare but the taste is so sweet and also light to eat. This time i just preparing very simple food from Chinese cabbage but full of protein. The combination from silken tofu, egg and chinese cabbage make this food is so rich with protein but still keep the lightness from all the ingredients. This food bring me back my childhood memory, not because my mother cook this very often but just because the warmth from from this food feel like really this is home cooking food.
