25 Min Calorie Killer Kettlebell Workout | Full Body HIIT

This Calorie Killer Kettlebell Workout | Full Body HIIT is a mixture of strength movements in a short amount of time. We will have 2 blocks of exercises, each block contains 4x supersets and we will perform each superset for 2x rounds in a row. We will perform each movement for 35 seconds and we will have 15 seconds rest in between. Goblet squat front press 2. 4x mountain climbers & donkey kick 3. Deadlift upright row knee tap 4. 4x high knees 4x tap downs 5. lateral lunge take over row 6. X-flat push ups 7. Lying hover press & front press 8. Ice skater tap downs BLOCK 02 1. Plank jack shoulder touch 2. Knee lunge to front lunge 3. Gorilla side walk & jump 4. Pullover to front raise 5. Plank get up kettlebell taps 6. Kettlebell Hike 7. Knee tap jacks 8.
