Hello everyone! Today I’m going to prepare a healthy and delicious Dates & Dry Fruits Laddu. Let’s get started! First, take 1 cup of almonds and cut them into halves. Next, take 1 cup of cashew nuts and cut them into halves as well. Now take ½ cup of pistachios and cut them into halves. Add 1 cup of pumpkin seeds, ½ cup of sunflower seeds, and ½ cup of sesame seeds. Take 1 cup of dry grapes (raisins). Finally, take ½ kg of dates and remove the seeds. Now we will fry everything one by one. Heat a frying pan, add 1 spoon of ghee, and fry the almonds until lightly golden. Remove and keep aside. Add 1 spoon of ghee again and fry the cashew nuts. Remove and keep aside. Next, add 1 spoon of ghee and fry the pistachios. Then add 1 spoon of ghee and fry the pumpkin seeds until they start to crackle. After that, add 1 spoon of ghee and fry the sunflower seeds. Next, add 1 spoon of ghee and fry the sesame seeds until aromatic. Now add 1 spoon of ghee and fry the dry grapes until they puff up. Finally, add 1 spoon of ghee to the pan, add the deseeded dates, and sprinkle a little water. Cook on low flame until the dates melt and form a soft paste. Transfer the dates soft paste to a plate. On top of that, add fried almonds. Next, add fried cashew nuts. Then add fried pistachios. After that, add fried sunflower seeds. Next, add fried pumpkin seeds. Then add fried sesame seeds. Finally, add fried raisins. Mix everything well with the dates paste. Now take small portions and shape them into laddus. Healthy and tasty Dates & Dry Fruits Laddus are ready to serve!
