🌵 Vanlife Spain Day 20: 2,000 Miles from Home & Finding the Perfect Carboneras Park-Up! 🚐🇪🇸

Day 20 of our vanlife adventure in Spain, and what a milestone — 2,000 miles away from home! After leaving Los Nietos (still buzzing from the kayaking experience), we travelled around an hour and a half toward Carboneras, passing through Los Gallardos along the way. In this vlog I’m sharing a full breakdown of our costs for diesel, tolls, parking fees and travel expenses so far to help anyone planning their own vanlife journey. By the time we reached Carboneras it was around 19:30, I was shattered and desperate for a leg stretch and a cold beer! Finding a park-up seemed to take forever, but persistence paid off and we finally landed the perfect spot — right on the seafront. Carboneras greeted us with beautiful cactus plants, spotless streets and a main beach that wasn’t dog-friendly… but come morning I stepped out onto a gorgeous stretch of sand by the van with no signs, so the boys enjoyed their much-loved beach playtime.
