February is a time for storytelling. Come hear traditional storytellers Louise Halfe, Dr. Kathy Walker and Simon Bird share creation stories that are relevant to decolonization today. All are welcome! Attendees will hear the stories and reflect upon them in circles. The KAIROS Prairies North Decolonization group is honoured to host this event. We are so honoured to host Louise Halfe—Cree poet, social worker, and recent recipient of the Order of Canada—to share the Rolling Head story at the “Decolonizing Ourselves: Learning Through Stories” online event on Tuesday, February 17th.
