Once the first one falls, the rest are soon to follow. Yesterday I achieved a new personal record - I managed to bend a grade 8 bolt. This achievement reminded me of my 505 lb deadlift, as it happened in a similar manner while coming into the workout. I just knew I could do it. I started warming up and soon decided to shoot a video and bend a grade 8 bolt. I planned on doing this for over a year, but I haven't really practiced for it.
