Dog Friendly Road Trip Arches National Park Scenic Drive

Welcome back to our Cross Country Road Trip series 🚗🐾! In Episode 4, we’re taking you along the scenic drive in Arches National Park, starting from Devils Garden Campground and stopping at some of the park’s most famous viewpoints and hikes. Here’s what we saw and did on this adventure: Pine Tree Arch – Dog Dad hiked while Brandy and I waited in the car. Sand Dune Arch – I hiked while Brandy and Dog Dad enjoyed the red rock views from the parking lot. Brandy even got some POV footage with her Insta360 camera harness! Fiery Furnace Viewpoint & Salt Valley Overlook – We explored these stops together as a family. Delicate Arch Viewpoint – A quick 100 ft walk for us while Brandy relaxed in the AC. Panorama Point & Balanced Rock – Gorgeous stops with Brandy right by our side. 👀 The Windows Section, The Great Wall, Courthouse Viewpoint & La Sal Mountain Viewpoint – More stunning views, with Brandy capturing her own POV at a few of the stops. We wrapped up the day watching sunset at La Sal Mountain Viewpoint before heading back to camp. Arches National Park Dog Rules (Quick Guide): Dogs are only allowed in areas that cars can access, which includes: Roads, scenic drive pull-offs, and parking areas Established campgrounds -Picnic areas This means no trails, but you can still enjoy all of the overlooks, viewpoints, and scenic drives with your pup (just like we did)!
