The first altar you blow up will have spiders. The second altar will have more spiders and a ball and chain. The third altar will have another ball and chain and a permanent ghost for as long as the ball and chain is attached to you. That's how you ghost Olmec! I still have to do this during a daily challenge, which is immensely more difficult if you're trying to get money out of the City of Gold.
