Beef 400 g beef tenderloin, thinly sliced Coconut sauce, to taste Light soy sauce, to taste White pepper powder, to taste 1 tsp cornstarch A small pinch of baking soda B. Eggs 3 eggs Salt, to taste White pepper, to taste 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with a little water 2 stalks green onions Instructions 1️⃣ Marinate the Beef Season the beef with coconut sauce, soy sauce, white pepper, cornstarch, and baking soda. Let it marinate for 20 minutes. 2️⃣ Prepare the Eggs Beat the eggs and mix with salt, white pepper, and the cornstarch slurry. 3️⃣ Cook Heat a little coconut oil in a pan. Pan-sear the beef until nicely browned. Pour in the beaten eggs. Let it slightly set before gently stirring. Cook until just done and soft. Top with diagonally sliced green onions. 4️⃣ Broccoli Side Dish Sauté crushed garlic until fragrant and slightly golden. Add broccoli and stir well.
