The format of this short morning yoga workout for flexibility and strength is 10 seconds pose demo and 30 seconds yoga pose hold or flow. Listen to the ding that will guide you when to get into and out of each pose. There's also a timer in the upper right corner to time each yoga pose and a little guide on what's coming next. We don't have to flow at the same speed.
