This in-line system features easy full-stack infeed delivered by forklift, an automated destacker, that feeds each full bin or tote into the dumper, which dumps the contents of each bin onto an infeed conveyor whisking away your product for processing and then pushes the empty tote into a washer. Cleaned totes or bins are conveyed into the restacker, where a full load of stacked bins or totes ready for reuse are easily picked up by a forklift to return to harvest circulation or storage.
