This dive is on SS Skaala, a deep shipwreck lying 48 meters (160 feet) beneath the surface of the English Channel. I'll take you on an exploration of this mysterious wreck, laden with surprisingly beautiful artefacts I'll be diving with my closed circuit rebreather (CCR) to navigate the treacherous depths, where the pressure is extreme and the risk of decompression diving is ever-present. But the reward is well worth it - the SS Skaala is a treasure trove of shipwreck artefacts, including a rare patent fuel block and coal remnants from World War One.
