This dish is: ✔ Perfect for BBQ cookouts ✔ Easy enough for weeknights ✔ A killer side for brisket, ribs, or smoked chicken ✔ Comfort food with real smoke flavor If you’re looking for a smoked vegetable side dish that actually steals the show — this is it. 🛒 Ingredients • 1½ lbs baby red potatoes, halved • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed • 8 strips thick-cut bacon, chopped • 1 medium red onion, thin sliced • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning (or 3 tbsp homemade) • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp smoked paprika • 1 tsp cracked black pepper • Optional: pinch red pepper flakes Pellets: Hickory (bold) 🔥 Step-By-Step Instructions 1️⃣ Preheat Set smoker to 375°F. 2️⃣ Parboil Potatoes (Recommended) Boil potatoes in salted water for 8–10 minutes until just fork tender.
